How much data should I share with Loops?

To achieve significant results in your Loops analyses, we recommend sharing at least one year’s worth of data. For B2C applications, 6 months’ worth of data is usually sufficient.

Is my data safe?

Loops is SOC 2-compliant and the safety and security of your data is our top priority. Learn more about Loops data security.

I have a lot of data – won’t this cost a fortune?

Loops analyses run on an on-demand basis, meaning we only process the minimum amount of data required for you to achieve insights. Loops does not maintain a “live” state of your data warehouse, but rather, collects the most updated “image” when a new analysis is created.

My data is stored in two separate warehouses – can Loops integrate with both?

We currently support integration with a single data warehouse, but are happy to assist with transferring data between warehouses.

Our events table isn’t flowing into our data warehouse or database. Can we still integrate with Loops?

Loops can easily connect to analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude and others. Our integration team will be happy to assist and ensure all necessary data is connected to Loops.
